Who we are

Consultant — 25 years in the language-travel industry

Mark Holland

Mark set up an agency in Germany in 2002, eventually representing seventy-one language schools, during which time he founded an award-winning language school. What he has learned since is how the industry functions as a whole, and how to propel our partners.

Consultant

Virginia Haschke

Virginia Haschke has spent her career in language schools — well known across the industry, and versed in both how schools run and what agents need from them.

Evidence

Our track record

Our partner school has won the LanguageCourses.net Excellence Award three years running — 2024, 2025 and 2026 — and was named Best Language School in Malta in 2018.

Our partner school has been an ST Star Awards finalist five times over: English Language School Europe (2020/21, 2022, 2023, 2025, 2026) and Junior Courses Under-18s (2022, 2023).

Our partner agency was an ST Star Awards finalist in 2016, in the Agency Western Europe category — one of five shortlisted across Western Europe, on the votes of partner schools.

Consultancy

What we offer

Two ways in, and they meet in the same place. Both start with the same question: what are you paying for now, and what is it costing you to keep all of it running?

For schools

Enrolment first, then the operation behind it

It starts with where the students come from — joining Linguago puts a school in front of an agency that already places them. Then the operation that has to absorb them: Dean School holds enquiries, quotes, bookings and accommodation in one platform, so more students does not have to mean more administration. The consultation is working out, school by school, which of that is worth doing first.

For agents

Schools, and a record that travels with you

Dean Agent takes on the quoting, the commission and the paperwork that currently lives across spreadsheets and inboxes. Dean Network is what it opens onto — schools looking for agents, and a booking history that stays attached to your name instead of being retold at the start of every new partnership. The consultation covers joining, and what to move across first.

Where it leads

Dean Network

Whichever door you come through, this is where it leads. Schools and agents in one open network — not two separate directories that never meet.

  • Both sides in one place. Schools looking for agents, agents looking for schools, working together rather than through intermediaries who know neither.
  • The track record travels with you. Agreements, bookings and a growing record of good work stay connected — proof, ready for the next partnership.
  • It compounds. Every school and every agent who joins makes the network more useful to everyone already in it. That is the whole argument for joining early.
