Reservation procedure

Reservations are primarily made on this website. For general requests, we kindly ask you to fill out an ‘inquiry form’. For a binding reservation, please complete the ‘reservation form.’

When you fill out our forms, please provide as much information as possible so we can advise you on the most appropriate language course and, if requested, accommodation. You can use the ‘comments’ section to ask further questions or leave additional remarks.

When the information on your online form arrives in our office, we will immediately start working on a precise answer to your request. You will generally hear back from us within one business day.

When you have decided on a reservation, you can complete a reservation form on this website.

When you have sent your reservation you will receive a booking confirmation, invoice and details of all other events that your chosen language school offers, within one or two business days.

When you receive your invoice, you will be informed about the specific payment terms.

When you receive your invoice and booking confirmation, please check them thoroughly. If all statements are correct, please follow the payment instructions described in the invoice.

When the full amount due has arrived in our account, you will receive a payment confirmation and all further travel details.
