Accommodation

Choosing the right accommodation is very important when you want a good language learning experience in another country. The school offers a good selection of types of accommodation to suit your individual needs and will help to make your course an unforgettable experience!

The classic form of accommodation on a language course in Italy is staying in an Italian family. If you want to completely immerse yourself in Italian life, this is the right option for you. You live with individuals who welcome you as a guest and share their everyday life with you.

Host Family

The classic accommodation on a trip to learn Italian in Italy is to stay with an Italian family. Your host family could be a family with children, a young couple without children, a single-parent or single people, or retired people. You will have a single room and if there is more than one participant staying with a family, we make sure that they are never of the same nationality.

You can choose to book your homestay on a bed and breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner) basis. On request we will find you a room with a private bathroom. The host families are usually about 25 minutes away from the school.

Local Host (Self-catering)

Living with an Italian host is an ideal option for those who are looking for a cheap form of accommodation during their time on an Italian language course in Milan and also want to be independent. You stay as a kind of temporary 'lodger' and can meet locals in Milan, be absolutely independent and enjoy your leisure time as you want.

The hosts and roommates often become good friends, they socialise together and you also have the opportunity to meet people from Italy and other cultures and experience the 'dolce vita' together in Milan. Accommodation is in single rooms and is self-catering, but of course you are able to use the kitchen. The bathroom is shared with the other residents, but there are never more than two students staying with the host at any one time. Towels and bed linen are provided. Your accommodation is usually located 25 minutes away from the school.
