Welcome to "London by the Sea" - a distinguished travel destination in England for English language students. The lively coastal town of Brighton has this nickname for a good reason. Here, everything is a bit smaller than in the nearby capital, but the city of London has nothing on the creativity, festivity and eccentricity of the famous coastal town.
Brighton is a magnet for young people, artists and creative people who live, work and party on England's south coast. In the evenings, numerous theatres, cinemas, pubs, bars and clubs open their doors and there is something for every taste. For this reason, the options for language courses in Brighton have been on the rise for years and are very popular with our younger travellers.
During the day, the beach attracts most people in the summer as the summer months can be quite warm on England's south coast. Cooling off in the sea is a welcome change for residents and visitors. During a walk along Brighton Pier you can buy different kinds of food and much more from the numerous stalls. The brave can ride the rollercoaster and the less brave can simply enjoy the sea air.
Brighton is also a well known starting point for excursions to famous landmarks in southern England. The Seven Sisters chalk cliffs between Eastbourne and Seaford have breathtaking views and it's not far to Windsor Castle or the famous university city of Oxford. Make Brighton the centre point of learning English in England and discover all that the south coast of the UK has to offer!
