Accommodation

Finding comfortable accommodation plays an important role in the success of a language course as on any holiday. People have varying requirements and we are happy to give you information about forms of accommodation that are appropriate for you. The language school in Buenos Aires offers a choice of accommodation options. The most popular option is our host family accommodation. Here you can gain an insight into typical everyday life and learn a great deal. If you would like more independence you can alternatively choose accommodation with a host where you live with local people but at the same time you can be independent.

You do not have to eat together and everyone can prepare a meal for themselves in the communal kitchen and choose your own daily routine. Another exciting accommodation option is the student residence. This offers you the opportunity to get together with students from different countries, eat together but at the same time to have your own room to relax in. We recommend a private apartment if you want your own space with a little more luxury during your stay in Buenos Aires. This accommodation option allows you to choose the size, location and facilities that you would like. All of the accommodation is carefully selected by the school and checked regularly. So no matter what you decide, in Argentina you will find suitably priced accommodation that suits your requirements and is a place where you can feel comfortable.

Host Family

The host family is the classic accommodation on a foreign language course in another country. The students have the opportunity to experience the daily life of the locals who live in the country and to get to know the culture and customs. Staying in a host family also offers lots of opportunities to practise the language and use it in everyday life.

You can try out what you have learned in the classroom and get to know typical Argentine expression over dinner. This is a great way to get the most out of your stay in the country.

Our host families are located about 20-40 minutes from the language school in Buenos Aires. Two meals a day are included in the price of this form of accommodation. A higher standard of host family is available at an extra charge, and the rooms in these host families offer a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, the bed linen and towels are changed three times per week and the room is cleaned every day. For those who want to save money, we have host families who live in the suburbs and this option is cheaper because it is further away from the school.

Our host families in Buenos Aires have been carefully selected and are experienced in dealing with international students. Host families can be families with children, single women or married couples without children, but all enjoy welcoming international students. You could be the only student in the host family but it is also possible that there is another student staying there. Either way, this option allows you to lose your inhibitions and gain confidence when using the language.
